The Gala Dinner will be a very special evening in the famous Beaujolais wine region on Thursday, September 8, 2011! The guests will be transported by coach from Lyon Convention Center to the "Cuvage de Lacenas", a prestigious press house, typical from this wine area, at about 35 km North of Lyon (45 mn by coach).

The guests will leave Lyon after the conference day around 6.00 p.m. They may drive through the vineyard: Early September is the moment for grape harvest! They will first visit Lacenas village and then will attend to the ‘Cuvage de Lacenas’ (previous building for press and fermentation of Beaujolais grape wines), one of the most French prestigious winery in the heart of Beaujolais.

Inside this majestic building, the guests will be impressed by the huge historic wine press. They will have the opportunity to taste wines, and above all Beaujolais wines, to enjoy French food and cook, and this special evening will end with a dancing party.
