However, due to the capacities of the conference rooms and respect of security rules, registrations are now closed.
And please note that NO registration will be possible on conference venue. |

Clarifications for registration:
Please note that at least ONE registration is required for EACH accepted single oral presentation or symposium oral presentation, to confirm its definitive acceptance in the scientific programme and its publication in the book of abstracts.
Each participant will be able to present ONLY ONE single oral presentation or symposium oral presentation; and a maximum of 2 interactive posters.

| Please remind that the deadline for registration ensuring inclusion in the program and in the book of abstracts is on June 15th 2011. Failure to register for the conference by this date will mean that your submission and paper may be deleted from the program. |

Before register to ESERA 2011, and if you want to benefit from ESERA or NARST or ABRAPEC Member special registration fees, please be sure to be ESERA or NARST or ABRAPEC member .
You benefit from ESERA or NARST or ABRAPEC Member special registration fees if you have paid your ESERA or NARST or ABRAPEC membership at least until the end of the year 2011.

ESERA Subscription (in Euro): Ordinary member 60 Euro per 2 years / PhD student member: free of charge for the duration of the PhD study / Retired member: free of charge.

Applicants from countries in Eastern Europe and other parts of the world such as Latin America and Africa in which the ESERA membership fee of 60 Euro per 2 years might be problematic may qualify for substantially reduced subscriptions. Please ask the Treasurer for details. |
What do ESERA 2011 registration fees include ?
|
Participant Registration fees include:
access to ESERA 2011 conferences and other scientific activities;
the participant's package with the scientific program of the conferences, the book of abstracts;
the coffee breaks, and the lunches on ESERA 2011 conference venue (Lyon Convention Center lunch spaces);
the welcome reception;
special access information about public transportation in Lyon and some touristic and practical information upon Lyon and Rhône region.
If you are a co-author and/or won't present a scientific paper, the registration as "participant" is required.

The Gala Dinner will be a very special evening in the Beaujolais wine region on Thursday, September 8, 2011!
Participants will be transported by coach to a prestigious press house, typical from this wine area, at about 35 km North of Lyon. Inside this majestic building, the participants will be impressed by the huge historic wine press. To taste wines, and above all Beaujolais wines, to enjoy French food and cook, and to dance will be on programme of this great evening.
A contribution of € 45 is required - except for accompanying persons, for which the gala dinner is included in the fees.

Accompanying persons will receive a special package with touristic, cultural and shopping information.
Fees include the welcome reception, a "free access" card for all public transportation in Lyon, a "free access" card to 20 museums of Lyon (Fine Arts, Modern Art, Fabrics & Silk, famous Guignol puppets,...) and to guided visits (Lyon historic old city, Fourvière Cathedral, Silk hill,...) and, in the registration fees for accompanying persons is included the gala dinner. |

Please note that accompanying persons have NO ACCESS to the Scientific Conferences and NO ACCESS to the lunches.
|

To register as accompanying persons is not possible if you have an accepted paper in ESERA 2011 scientific programme.
If you are a co-author and/or won't present a scientific paper, the registration as "participant" is required.

Cancellation policy:
|
|
Any cancellation must be notified and explained by signed letter, scanned and attached in an e-mail, or sent by fax or post to Lyon Ingénierie Projets.
Cancellations received before July, 1st 2011 3:00 pm CET are 50% refundable.
No refund for cancellation requests received after July, 1st 2011 at 3:00 pm CET.
